A few of my readers have asked me to write about Funke Akindele and her estranged husband JJC Skillz, it’s funny to me to be honest but because I have a few first-hand information, it’s hard for me to rationalize what I read on social media.

Just so you understand, it’s okay for people to fall out of love; you can love someone today and you won’t wanna live in the same house with them tomorrow, how you communicate that indifference however is the most important part of the whole story.

I saw the friction between the two parties on the final day of AMVCA; I heard something in passing but it’s not my business and I strongly believe that people have the rights to manage their situations the way they deem fit, but again I must say the things I read on Twitter knock me off my porch any day LOL.

Ignore their celebrity status, ignore the clout and influence they wield, let’s dwell on the part where people feel it’s a criminal offense for a man to live in his wife’s house; my question is why not? Ignore feminism for a moment, why can’t a man live with his wife if she’s more buoyant?

The urge to respect toxic masculinity will drive many of you to LAPO and if they call me that you’re owing, I will feed you to the dogs. I will not be talking about the actual things that happened between the actress and her husband but on the narrative that a powerful woman is a problem.

Bro, your mentality is weak if you feel intimidated by a successful woman. I will be happy to have a woman that earns more than I do; I will even enable her to earn more and I will be proud of it. Her success takes absolutely nothing away from my masculinity, or does it?

I respect JJC Skillz, dude had to put up with lots of madness all in the name of trying to rescue a sinking ship but I have to be careful of what I say here. I am not taking sides but pretty soon, y’all will find out that your fav isn’t what you think she is. I rest on that.

One year after her passing, nothing has changed, I still feel pains and, I still have a lot of unanswered questions but, Valar Morghulis - All men must die.
