(Photo credit: NIVEA) Sometime in 2012, I had a deep conversation with a friend that did all sorts to dump her natural skin color, at the time of the conversation, she was already full of regrets because she was battling lots of skin reactions, it certainly wasn’t my place to judge her but her reason for bleaching left me speechless. So, there was this guy she liked, they never spoke for a second but she once heard the guy telling someone of his admiration for light skinned ladies, she registered it in her head that she didn’t stand a chance with the guy as a brown skin girl, she went the Tura way and the rest is history.
