It was one hell of a week!

It was one hell of a week but I’m grateful for everything. You can’t pray for the rain and then cry when it turns to hurricane, it was a week of lots of lessons as well as reality checks, it is what it is right?
It started
with a change behind me, having to get used to Daniel and preparing for the big
week that leads to the International Women’s Day with the gang; It’s important
to mention the fact that I have a great team around me, it will always get
better.
Lol, an old
friend hit me up with his usual sense of entitlement, glad he met me on a day I
was in my feelings. You have to be of great value to expect people to ask you
how high when you ask them to jump, know this and know peace.
I’m excited
about IWD and the great idea we’re executing for a brand. I won’t mention the
brand right now even though a few folks already know, look out for human mannequins
in your neighborhood with some interesting copy.
You may have
seen some, we deployed the teaser on Friday and we continue on Monday before we
unveil on Tuesday, the goal is to remind you of the greatness in every woman
and the fact that you should break the bias.
It was also a
week that challenged me health wise. The sleep issues are still very much
around but here’s me saying thank you to everyone that has helped in their own
way, it’s amazing to know people care, especially those that hit me up to find
out if I sleep or nah, thank you folks.
FPL
frustrated me last week, I wasted my free hit on Bruno Fernandes and the idiot
gave me only six points as captain but I won one of my three major head-to-head
leagues. Not like this weekend is better to be honest, I captained Salah, yes
you can laugh at me.
It was a
happy ending to the week by the way. Something I prayed for over a good period
of time finally landed on my laps, it came at a time I needed it most and
because village people might be reading this, I’ll keep it within my loins and
hope the miracle is permanent.
Going into a
new week, the goal is to continue to do what I enjoy doing, which is taking
over the world the way I can. I have a lot to deliver and I’m certainly not
afraid of responsibilities, my to-do list is quite clogged and I’m swamped even
before I put on my blue suit to get to work tomorrow.
Yo! I’m
working on a Netflix script, so big for me because I believe in this particular
story and trust me, it’s an AMVCA contender. I am also working on a beauty
pageant for one of my fav actors; she was once a model herself and she
desperately wants to bring this to fruition… I’m excited.
I hope to
feed well this week and somehow get quality sleep as well, ambitious right? Well
I am calling it into existence and it will happen. Hear the word of the Lord oh
ye spirits of sleeplessness, get the hell out of my life in Jesus name. We
move!
Finally, I’m
excited as I’m penning this after Arsenal breezed into the top four, rising
above Manchester United with a win over Watford. It wasn’t pretty to be very
honest but we did what we had to and now we wait for whatever it is that
Manchester United decide to do against their neighbors.
I stop here,
time to watch the Manchester Derby. I am asking you, how was your week? What
were the highlights? Did you enjoy it or you pray for a better one? Well I’m
praying for us all to have a brighter rewarding new week.
Let’s go have
a great one.
